Jesus set the example for us to be baptized and to use God’s Word to overcome temptation. When Jesus died on the cross, He made a way for us, we can have an eternal relationship with Him not only on earth, but also in Heaven. When we make that decision, we should follow Jesus’ example and be baptized so others know and can celebrate our decision.

Absolute truth is found in God’s Word, the Bible.  Know the truth so we can recognize what is false, and share God’s truth with those around us.  God's Word tells of His eternal plan to send the world a Savior. This was a plan that stretched all the way back to the beginning, including father Abraham, King David and the Prophets. Ultimately, Jesus fulfilled every promise God made about the Savior, He is the greatest Christmas gift we will ever receive!  We can trust God’s Word to be the Ultimate Truth because every promise God made He kept!

The Bible was inspired by God, but written by men.  It is a foundational truth to our faith.  As Christians, it’s so important that we understand how the Bible came into existence – to know its ultimate Author and how He gave us its words – in order for us to know that we can have confidence in everything it says.
